Turre

The most gentle and peaceful little village in the whole of South Spain - Turre.
Turre is situated just inland from the golden beaches of 'Mojacar' - in the Province of 'Almeria' in Andalucia. Aside from the busy little village with assortment of typical Restaurants and quiet bars, Turre offers some of the most stupendous Mountain ranges (Sierra Cabrera) with the benefits of pure and peaceful leisure - Golf, Horse riding, Bowls, Fantastic mountain walks and so much more. But, for those with a little more energy, 5 minutes down the country lane brings you to the Moorish hilltop village of Mojacar - and another 5 minutes further down finds the Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, sports and Discos of Mojacar Beaches - not forgetting the golden beaches and deep blue seas themselves!

As you can see from the picture o­n the right - this green gateway to the mountains is just a short walk out of Turre village. From here you can start exploring the hidden secrets - tiny villages dot the mountains, each with its own special 'Je ne sais quoi' and distinct history.
A short way further out is the new Coastal Motorway system giving quick and easy access to major airports (Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports are all easily accessible) plus, of course, quick access to city life and its myriad of shops, marinas, clubs and restaurants.
